On Tuesday, February 11, the GRC Band will take part in the opening of the brand new, 4,000 seat George Rogers Clark Gymnasium. The band will perform for both games of a girls/boys doubleheader.
We will also be taking our full band picture in the gym after school, in uniform. Woodwinds, brass, and percussion will wear their black and red traditional band uniform. Guard will wear their “Edge” show uniform.
- 3:45 – Dress into uniform.
- 4:15 – Assemble in gym for picture
- 4:30 – Dress out, eat dinner (provided)
- 5:15 – Rehearsal begins
- 5:30 – Move into gym
- 5:45 – Showtime!
- 6:00 – National Anthem and Opening Remarks
Parents, please consider coming to the game and taking part in this once in a generation event. Tickets are $5 at the door.
