Show Day Procedures

The time is finally here to hit the road. Before doing so, it’s important that we all review the expectations of an audience member and what we can do to ensure our performers have the best experience possible.

Additionally, all students are expected to travel with the band, both to and from the performance. If there is a special situation that requires other transportation, arrangements should be made with Mr. Payne via email before the day of the show. This is for your students safety!
